PETAN Presents Certificate of Incorporation of Joint Venture Company to Abia State Governor

The PETAN Board, led by its Chairman, Engr. Wole Ogunsanya FNSE, has presented the Abia State Governor, H.E. Alex Otti with the Certificate of Incorporation of the Government of Abia State and PETAN Joint Venture Company, ABTAN Energy, even as discussions on oil exploration and production birthing the new company continues.

Governor Otti, who played host to the PETAN delegation expressed delight and optimism at the positive development, while also pleasantly surprised by the efforts of PETAN over the project following the PETAN Chairman’s briefing of the journey so far.

The PETAN delegation comprised of PETAN’s Publicity Secretary, Engr Dr Innocent Akuvue(fnse,fnsche,fpin, fcai, fimc, cmc, Ksji) ; Conference Chairman, Engr. Ibe Chubby Ibe, Assistant Board Secretary, Okey Ukaegbu ; members, Stanley Egege , Onyekachi Ekezie ; Joachin Akwaeke ; PETAN’s Executive Secretary, Engr. Kevin Nwanze, and PETAN Secretariat staff, Richard Obioha, Charity Charles and David Kehinde.
